The hotel is conveniently located close to the center but in a quiet area. The rooms are beautiful and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are enough beach chairs and umbrellas for shade.

The breakfast menu can be repetitive with the same dish every day.

The rooms at Mystique Holbox were beautifully decorated and clean. I loved the light and airy vibe of the room, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing, and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its table and chairs. The private roof deck was a bonus and offered a great view.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the music repetition on the beach, the restaurant not being great, and some issues with the service, overall I would still recommend Mystique Holbox. The hotel's beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and pleasant beach club outweighed the negatives.

The hotel is situated in an excellent beachfront location where you can enjoy the sun all day. It is a bit further from the center of town, but it offers a great, wide bit of beach for relaxation. The rooms are light and airy, with cute decor and all the necessary amenities. The service is attentive and the staff are nice. There are ample beach chairs and umbrellas available for shade.

We got great value for our money at Mystique Holbox! The room was spacious, well-designed, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, away from the busiest streets but still only a short walk to Punta Cocos. The staff were nice and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better, it was not up to the standard of the rest of our stay.

Our romantic escape was great with beautiful views and attentive staff. We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary activities offered on the property and the delicious food at the restaurant. the location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor and we were disturbed often by noise from other guests. the beach was not as nice as we expected and the seaweed was a problem.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who escorted us to our luxurious room with exclusive amenities. the sun terrace offered stunning views of the beachfront and the outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach access was just steps away and the spa lounge provided an oasis of relaxation with full body massage and beauty treatments.

Our only minor issue was with the lobby bar where the wait time for our drinks was longer than expected. the exceptional service at the restaurant more than made up for it.

my recent stay at mystique holbox was absolutely amazing. the staff was pleasant, the restaurant was excellent, and the beach 'teepees' were cute and comfortable. i especially appreciated the helpfulness of beach manager patricia.
