The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful, and they spoke multiple languages! The rooms were spacious and had a great design, perfect for families. It was also walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a famous tourist spot.

We just spent our Xmas holiday in an apartment hotel and we loved it! the room size was fantastic for our family of four, with a great layout making it extremely functional. We especially enjoyed having our own kitchen and laundry facilities, which were very convenient. the location was perfect with awesome restaurants and a great bar all within walking distance. the staff were lovely and friendly and offered us complimentary breakfast and wifi.

The only downside to this apartment hotel was that it was a bit far away from the main city centre, which was at least a 15-minute walk. Sometimes, taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel's location.

The room design is clever with a combo washing machine/dryer, a bathroom style sink, separate toilet room, and a modern Japanese-style shower and bathtub. Spacious living room and kitchen area with a great TV. The bedroom area has a comfortable American-sized King bed and two roomy bunks with reading lights and USB ports.

The hotel's location in a quiet side street yet within walking distance to Karasuma Oike Station was a plus. The inclusion of a washing machine with laundry detergent provided was a nice surprise. The staff were efficient and even delivered our luggage to our room. the hotel surpassed our expectations and we felt right at home.
