The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable, situated near the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres. I had the privilege of enjoying the nicest beach on the island, with the best water I have ever seen. It was a dream come true to relax and soak up the sun here, although be prepared to share this paradise with a lot of people. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I particularly loved the option to hire bicycles and explore the stunning surroundings. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always tidy and comfortable. The airport shuttle was an added convenience that made my trip stress-free.

I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

We had the best fish tacos in the entire Yucatan right at the hotel's beachfront restaurant. The beach itself was the most beautiful on the island, with clear water and a nice, uncrowded atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in town and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring that our room was clean and comfortable.

The beach location was beautiful, with a peaceful and native atmosphere. The rooms had lovely rustic style with thatched roofs and were very clean. The pool was easily accessible and the included breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruit, toast, and eggs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to town.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Na Balam. The king suite with the outdoor plunge pool was amazing. The staff were nice, the location was convenient, and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The pool and beach club were great amenities. The spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and quiet atmosphere were also highlights. The air conditioning worked well, and the mini fridge was convenient. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

We loved the prime beachfront location of Na Balam. The beach beds were great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The staff, especially Erwin from the reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a peaceful and serene ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We loved the impressive decoration of the entire property and the authentic style. The beach right in front of the restaurant was a beautiful spot to relax. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our 1.5 year old baby. The warm pool was a hit with our little one. The location and amenities were fabulous, and the restaurant served delicious food with a gorgeous view.

The rooms are spacious and come with a nice jacuzzi. In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast with a sea view at the hotel's restaurant. You'll also have access to free beach towels and chairs.

It would have been nice if the hotel offered snorkel gear for rent or use.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its serene and private setting. Unlike big resorts, this cozy property had a nice green landscape with overhead canapés. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. I loved that each guest room had their own private bed and umbrella on the beautiful beach. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us, even helping us book a rental car on the mainland. The location of the hotel was perfect, making everything easily accessible. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel grounds and gardens were impeccably maintained. I made some great friends during my stay, and it seemed like everyone was having a fantastic time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
