The hotel is located in a great area, right in the old town. It is close to the metro and on the slope below the castle. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are big and the showers are fantastic. The staff at the reception are always helpful and kind. There is also a small gym and an amazing swimming pool with stunning views of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Pateo - Lisbon Lounge Suites. the hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a central location. the room was very comfortable, with a great bed, pillows, and shower. the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, assisting with parking, recommendations, and even when I fell ill. the breakfast options were plentiful and beautifully presented. the hotel has a pleasant courtyard and pool that guests can enjoy.

Huge apartment with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Convenient location in the Amalfa district with nearby grocery store and easy access to public transport. Free washer/dryer and parking available. Enjoyed the outdoor pool for some fun in the sun. A variety of good restaurants in the area.

Some worn-down parts in the apartment such as blinds and lamp shades. Limited supply of coffee pods and no milk provided.

The lobby staff was super friendly and helpful. They even let us use the bathroom in the lobby to freshen up before heading to the airport. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the spacious, clean, and modern rooms.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few downsides. the signage for the garage was poor, and we were not given any instructions on how to operate it.
