I recently stayed at Hotel Nena Centro for a long weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and the stylish Mexican decor throughout the hotel added a nice touch. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the two pools. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. Carmen, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. A highlight for us was dining at La Doña, the hotel's restaurant, where the food and service were outstanding.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing, as noise from outside and other guests could be heard in the rooms. the bathroom facilities could be improved, with a more efficient shower and larger closet space.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the center of town and all of the main attractions. Plus, the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking and made for a great photo opportunity.

Our Thanksgiving experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in slow service and long wait times.

During my stay at Hotel Nena Centro, I was impressed by the attentive service and great setting of the hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. One particular incident stood out to me - I had mentioned to the front desk that our room was too cold, and when we returned from dinner, we were pleasantly surprised to find an oscillating heater plugged in and warming up our room. Their quick response and attention to detail made our stay very comfortable.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant staff were really friendly. We also loved the amenities in our room. Outside guests can join for breakfast at a cheap price.
