I had a fantastic stay at Nh Collection! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's best attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful, with modern decor that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. I also loved the rooftop pool, a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Merida.

Additionally, the hotel is attached to a mall, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as coffee in the room and a small fridge. The staff is friendly and speaks good English, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

The hotel offered fantastic complimentary breakfast and a great pool area that was perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring. the location was just a short stroll away from the vibrant downtown area and many delicious restaurants. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any needs or requests we had.

The room we stayed in had a shower that splashed water out onto the bathroom floor, causing a bit of a mess. the air conditioning in some areas of the hotel was set quite low, making it uncomfortably cold.

I loved my stay here! The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the touristy areas and in an attached mall, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff did an impeccable job of keeping it clean and tidy. The amenities provided in the room, like the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe, made my stay even more comfortable.
