I recently stayed at an incredible hotel in Cancun for my vacation. Nizuc Resort & Spa was truly a hidden gem. The room was absolutely glorious, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. They went above and beyond, leaving thoughtful note cards, beach sandals, and even coffee to our liking in the morning. The secluded location of the hotel made it feel like we were on a separate island, adding to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the private tour to Tulum and Tankah with Sergio and Urel. They provided us with a personalized experience, taking us to cenotes when no one else was around, making us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The lunch they prepared for us was also one of the best meals we had in Mexico. our experience at Nizuc Resort & Spa was truly perfection. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing hotel experience.

Don't miss out on the organized tennis lessons which will improve your game permanently.

The main pool area can get quite crowded at times which can take away from the peacefulness advertised.

The staff was so attentive and really made us feel at home. the food was delicious, especially at the hidden gem restaurant. the resort is situated in a prime location with vast grounds and beautiful private beach access. We loved having plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation.

The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes at night, so we recommend having an early dinner to avoid them. Additionally, we found that there were hidden steps throughout the resort, which unfortunately led to an accident for my wife.

the staff at Nizuc went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable. They were friendly, accommodating, and truly understood the service industry. the grounds were breathtaking, with views of the sea from most rooms. the suites were beautifully decorated and very clean. the food at the restaurants was some of the best I've ever had, with special mention to the chef who catered to my dietary requirements. the attention to detail and service at this resort are outstanding. I would definitely recommend Nizuc to all my friends.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay with exclusive amenities. the staff provided top-notch service and made sure that all of my needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was a great place to relax and unwind, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and treatment rooms. the beach access was very convenient with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and the entertainment was fantastic. I enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, the poolside snack bar, and the bar/lounge area. the private facilities were also exclusive and luxurious.

Although the make-up services and the beauty treatments were amazing, the waxing service was not up to the standard.
