I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff at the hotel. They were incredibly attentive and answered all my questions promptly. They even went the extra mile to make my birthday extra special with a surprise upon arrival. The free breakfast provided was delicious and affordable. The hotel also had plenty of parking space available, which was convenient for me since I had rented a car. Despite the drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I still had a wonderful stay at O' Tulum Boutique Hotel - Adults Only.

Loved the private and quiet poolside rooms. Great sunset views from the upper deck pool. Amazing food from the on-site restaurant. The staff happily arranged transport around Tulum and to the airport. Fantastic recommendations for beach clubs. Helpful and lovely staff.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh orange juice and lemonade. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities, such as the rainfall shower and personal pool, added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.

The property had a nice beach and a rooftop pool with great views. the food served at the restaurant was really good. the location of the hotel was also convenient as it was close to the beach and had easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful.

During my stay, I encountered a few issues. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par as I found cockroaches in both of the rooms I stayed in.

My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. the cleanliness of the rooms and the pool area was very disappointing.

We had a small issue with the lock of our slider door, but the staff promptly came to fix it. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed every minute enjoying the view. I would recommend O for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

During my recent stay at O' Tulum Boutique Hotel, I was blown away by the stunning hipster style and modern design. The bathtub in my room was a fantastic touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The TV with a variety of channels was a lifesaver when I wasn't feeling well. the hotel itself was top-notch.

While my stay at O' Tulum Boutique Hotel was mostly fantastic, there were a few drawbacks. the hotel is located quite far from Tulum, and the gravel road made the journey even longer.

We loved the secluded location of the hotel and the fact that we had a rental car to explore the area. The breakfast included in the price was lovely, and the bed was amazingly comfortable with thick memory foam. There was no problem with construction noise, and the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful ocean views, polite service, and delicious food at the bar and restaurant added to our overall enjoyment. The pools were also a highlight, and we highly recommend taking the bikes to the nearby private beach for a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great and always ready to help.
