The rooms were clean and the furniture was updated. the breakfast offered a great variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within easy walking distance to several restaurants.

There were also issues with charges to the credit card, as they charged for multiple rooms when I had specifically requested each guest to pay with their own credit card. It took several days for them to reverse the charges.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First of all, the location was great - right across the street from two strip malls and just a half mile south of the center of town. It was convenient to have numerous restaurants to choose from in the shopping area opposite the hotel. Secondly, the rooms were fantastic. They were clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable king-size bed, two kinds of pillows, and the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. The variety of options available was enough to satisfy my appetite, and I didn't feel the need to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Everything was satisfactory, no complaints here.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We were happy about the location of the hotel as we were able to find good food in the nearby restaurants, and the downtown of the city was beautiful. The room we stayed in was spacious and had amenities such as a fridge, microwave, TV, and clock radio which all worked well. The bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed the signature shower head that gave a great shower experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was okay, but we wished there had been more fruit options.

The internet had some issues, and we kept getting kicked off.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Jackson. The front desk staffer was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering it was a busy night. They even went above and beyond by offering an early breakfast for the kids taking the SAT the next morning. The hotel and room were clean, and the staff regularly sanitized everything, including the EV charging equipment. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Sanitization protocols were impressive, including EV charging equipment. clean and pleasant experience, despite not being able to utilize all facilities due to current restrictions. Waiting for manager's call hasn't affected my positive view of the stay.

The staff pre-assigned our rooms next to each other, which made our family's stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated opposite a shopping area with numerous restaurants to choose from, and it was also close to the historic downtown area. I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express in Jackson. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the automated pancake maker, which was a fun surprise. The staff seemed very attentive to cleanliness and hygiene, regularly sanitizing everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Jackson.

The front desk staff at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly helpful and understanding when my husband explained my situation. Despite the initial hiccup, they quickly resolved the issue and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially the pancakes from the pancake making machine. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. Wi-Fi and a fitness center were available, which was a bonus. I also appreciated the disposable cups provided in the room.
