the pool bar and staff were fantastic, and we loved the adults only pool. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. the resort was clean and had plenty of swimming pools and a direct access to a pristine beach. overall, it exceeded our expectations for a mid-range resort.

The lighthouse view was incredible, the white sand beach was breathtaking and the all-inclusive package was great. I felt like a queen!

It was the best room we have ever stayed in!

The fantastic rooms are well-equipped and boast great amenities, with clean and comfortable bathrooms. The service is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and well-prepared, and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. Facilities such as the train and the various pools make the stay more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at El Beso Adults Only. the rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. the terraces had lovely furniture, making it the perfect place to relax. the hotel's food and beverage offerings were excellent, especially the adult breakfast at the moonlight restaurant. the beach was also nice, with plenty of furniture to lounge on. We had a great time bowling and enjoyed the fun atmosphere at the disco and the adults pool, thanks to the DJs and rock band. it was a wonderful birthday getaway weekend.

our recent stay in playa del carmen exceeded our expectations. el beso adults only was a highlight with its comfortable pool suite, friendly staff, and delicious food. the wildlife reserve on the grounds was an enjoyable bonus.

There was so much to do, from enjoying the variety of food and restaurants available, to sipping on drinks by the poolside and taking part in fun events. the staff were amazing and made our experience even more pleasant. the Mexican night on Sunday was a highlight. the resort provided everything we needed and more, making it almost too good to be true. We initially had concerns based on other reviews, but those fears disappeared quickly. Highly recommended.

We spent Easter there and we enjoyed the fact that the resort had many activities during the day, which is perfect when traveling with kids. we loved that they provided a shuttle service to and from the airport and that the resort was located close to all the main attractions. the breakfast and lunch buffets were amazing, with many options to choose from. the resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

we found it annoying that the pools were overcrowded and that the restaurants and beach had a lot of children around. the quality of the dinner at the restaurants was average, and we noticed that the staff was more attentive to the guests who were constantly tipping them.

From fine dining options like Bluemoon to the vibrant atmosphere of the sports bar, there is something to suit every taste. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience during your stay.

The luxury experience in this hotel is unparalleled. the exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, spa, and wellness center made us feel indulged and pampered. the full body massage and beauty treatments were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious ambiance. the live entertainment and BBQ facilities were commendable, and the garden area made for a pleasant evening stroll.

The only minor issue we faced was with the room humidifier, which was broken. Despite giving the staff prior notice about our check-in at 11 pm, we found that the three of us were sharing only one sleeper couch, which took them until 2 in the morning to rectify.
