The Residence Inn offers beautiful, spacious rooms with large bathrooms. the kitchen is a major plus for storing cold items, and the view over the marina is amazing. Having the Island Grill next door is convenient, and the area is quiet yet close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended for a great time!

Unusable balconies, limited kitchen supplies.

Absolutely loved our recent stay in Tierra Verde! the room was spacious with a large bathroom and a stunning view over the marina—a major plus having a kitchen to store cold goodies. the location was superb, within easy reach of all the beaches and local attractions via car or uber. Plus, having the Island Grill nearby was a fantastic dining option, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

My stay at Residence Inn was a memorable end-of-summer getaway to celebrate nearing retirement as an educator. the facilities, balconies, and high-quality breakfast were exceptional. the friendly personnel fulfilled all our requests, including a special room with a stunning view. the location near Fort Desoto made for a perfect beach experience with stunning sunsets. the nearby attractions like John's Pass and Sunken Gardens added extra charm to our stay.

Modern hotel with stunning views of the marina. Rooftop bar was enjoyable in spite of the weather. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Loretta who ensured a smooth check-in experience. Room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The views were stunning! We enjoyed watching the boats go by and the sunset was absolutely breathtaking. the on-site restaurant was delicious and offered a great variety of options. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to nearby attractions.

The lack of privacy in the bathrooms was a bit uncomfortable and could definitely use some blinds or curtains. the shower was very slippery making it difficult to feel safe without grab bars.
