we found our oasis in the jungle - a peaceful and magical stay close to Chichen Itza. Loved the rooftop terrace, sunsets, and bonfire. Breakfasts and the restaurant were great, except for one bad meal. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained. Our deluxe bungalow was lovely and the price was just right. Close to ruins and 1 cenote.

The hotel had a great location, just a short drive away from the famous archaeological site. It was convenient for us as we wanted to see the night show at Chichen Itza. the room was spacious and had a large balcony with peaceful views of the jungle. the breakfast in the morning was fantastic, offering a delicious start to the day.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the access. the road leading to the hotel was quite long and full of potholes, which made it a bit challenging to get to the hotel.

the moonlight tour of Chichen Itza was absolutely magical, with the ruins lit only by the stars and the opportunity to be almost alone before the park opened. Okaan delivered a truly memorable experience.

We had a great time in the jungle during our holiday. the restaurant served amazing food and the staff were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the fresh produce. the location was secluded and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing time away from the city. the pool was a great size and perfect for cooling off on the hot and humid days.

The maintenance of the rooms could have been better. There were some issues with the bungalow we were initially assigned and it took some effort to get it changed.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. Despite the bumpy drive, the hotel made up for it with its breathtaking scenery and amazing pool. The 5am sunrise tour of Chichen Itza arranged by the hotel was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. we highly recommend Hotel Okaan for a unique and memorable stay.
