The resort is clean, with great beach and pools. The restaurants offer good quality food and a variety of cuisines. The staff is kind and helpful, and the room exceeded expectations with recent renovations. The hotel has invested in improvements and updates, making it a great choice in Cancun.

The location of the resort is absolutely breathtaking, with its indescribably blue ocean and warm clear pools. Guests can enjoy dining on the beach at Pina Colada's, surrounded by the beauty of the sand and the shades of blue in the water. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious, and the resort offers various facilities for entertainment.

One drawback is the lack of music during the day and the absence of dance activities at night.

We had an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained environment throughout our entire trip. We were able to park our car easily and conveniently, and the transportation options provided made it simple for us to explore the area. The location was perfect, with plenty of activities on offer and ample opportunities for both beach and pool time. The staff at the resort were friendly, attentive, and made us feel special throughout our stay.

The entertainment staff did an amazing job around the pool, on the beach and in the evenings. The variety and quality of food at the Buffett restaurant was great. The staff at the La Paloma restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and well-kept. The cabanas and beach chairs provided a perfect spot to relax. The staff at the Omni were extremely nice and helpful. The set up and layout of the property with the hot tubs, swimming pools, and restaurants was fantastic. The beach activities, including volleyball and soccer, were enjoyable. Seeing and releasing baby sea turtles into the ocean was a highlight. The food, especially at the sushi bar and poolside taco bar, was surprisingly good.

I had an amazing stay at a resort in Mexico. Upon arrival, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. The location was perfect, with beautiful accommodations and top-notch service. The food was delicious, although there were a few misses. The resort was clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and fun atmosphere. There were a couple of small issues, such as the early pool closures and a hit or miss with the food, but overall, I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.
