Great for business travelers and hassle-free stay. the hotel offered an on-call taxi service which was very convenient. the location was ideal- easily accessible and close to key areas.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were of poor quality. Our room was also near a family with noisy children which made it difficult to rest after a long day.

Excellent service and convenient location. We had a last-minute visit to Queretaro and chose One Queretaro Centro Sur. The hotel was brand new, well-located with easy access to restaurants. The staff provided excellent service and the standard breakfast was delicious. Despite a limited parking lot, our overall stay was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
