The Luxe Hotel's location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to Ben Thanh market. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is kind and attentive. I enjoyed the delicious pho for breakfast and the friendly chats over tea. I will definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Ben Thanh market just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable mattresses. The breakfast at the hotel is absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests and make them feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed the kind gestures of the staff, such as bringing me tea and engaging in pleasant conversations.

The front staff members can be a bit slow when attending to certain issues, such as problems with room keys.

Smack in the middle of the food and shopping district, the Luxe Hotel is a nice and clean haven. The breakfast, especially the superb iced coffee, is a delightful treat. The doorman named Hua is the sweetest soul with the best information, always ready to assist.

Attentive and Helpful Staff

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room with a window view, free of charge. The room was clean, with just a minor stain on the wall. The staff went above and beyond, assisting me when a family member lost their travel document and even taking us to the police station to file a report. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly delicious, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being conveniently situated behind Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance of other tourist attractions. While there were some minor inconveniences, such as occasional issues with the air conditioner and small insects, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the modern rooms is impressive, with amenities like a safe, fridge, TV, and coffee and tea facilities. The location of the hotel in District 1 is ideal, being within walking distance of the tourist market, general hospital, and numerous eating places.

All was fine.

Spent Christmas here and the hotel had a festive atmosphere that made it really unforgettable. They had a special Christmas dinner that was delicious and the staff was really friendly and accommodating, even though they were very busy. The room was also nicely decorated with a small Christmas tree and some ornaments, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water for showering.

The location of the hotel was not great. Although it was close to some tourist spots, it was very noisy and not in a great area.
