We absolutely loved our stay at Posada San Rafael! The hotel is located on the edge of the charming Jalatlaco neighborhood, surrounded by great restaurants and lively bars. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided a restful night's sleep. We especially appreciated the friendly service from the staff. Despite the warm weather, the fan in our room kept us cool throughout the night. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its value and ambiance.

There are plenty of dining options nearby, including a lovely restaurant next door and a great taco place, all at affordable prices. Plus, the hotel is as close to the historical city center as you can get.

One downside is that the WiFi can be weak at times, although this seems to vary depending on the room.

Spent New Year's at a hotel that was kind of nice bang for my buck. the location could not have been better, with the entrance to the main bus stop just a three-minute walk away. the local eateries were a treat. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering to translate for me when needed. the best part was the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, which was a pleasant surprise.

The accommodations were basic, and the mattresses were a little too stiff for my liking, making my sleep less than optimum. the street outside was fairly busy, so my room got a bit noisy.

We had a fantastic stay at Posada San Rafael! the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to both the bus terminal and the city centre. the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, allowing us to check-in early and even letting us leave our baggage without any issues. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice big beds and fans. I particularly loved the big window in my room that opened up to a view of the street below. My friend's room initially didn't have a street view, but the staff happily moved him to a room with a view at no extra cost. the service was absolutely excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.
