Steps away from the beach with a beautiful view in the mornings. Quiet at night. Excellent customer service, especially from the bartender who always checked on us. Convenient restaurant with delicious fried Bananas with Lechera. Great staff, wonderful water pressure, and large shower area. Easy access to transportation with the green bus line. Nice pool and oceanfront location.

The location is perfect for beach lovers, as there is easy access to the beautiful beach. The service was excellent, from room service to housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They even offered tours and tickets assistance which was very convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the beautiful garden area. It was great to have free Wi-Fi in our room as well.

They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were clean, and we loved that our room had a small balcony with chairs. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach, making it easy for us to go for a stroll or swim in the ocean. The hotel facilities, especially the eating area and the whirlpool outside, were great. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the service staff were phenomenal. They anticipated our needs and made sure we were always comfortable.

Loved the view from our room! The beach was just steps away and we enjoyed the beautiful mornings and quiet nights. The bartender in the evening provided excellent customer service and always checked in on us. The convenience of having a restaurant downstairs was great, and we especially loved the fried bananas with lechera.

We had a few minor issues with overcharging for room service and some workers not responding to our AC request. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator to keep our water cold.
