The air conditioning in the hotel was a lifesaver during our stay. It kept us cool and comfortable in the hot Jerusalem weather. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Jaffa Street and Ben Yehuda, as well as other nearby attractions. We were impressed with the common areas of the hotel, which were beautifully designed and well-maintained. We also have to mention Gary at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay better.

The location was superb, with the old city, shopping, public transportation, and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of salads, hot lunch options, and a delicious breakfast menu. The selection of fresh breads, cheeses, pastries, and various coffee choices, including cappuccino and latte. The staff, especially the restaurant manager, were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city where all the nightlife is. We were able to walk to the old city and visit all the holy sites. Additionally, it was just a short distance from the Jerusalem Central Bus/Train Station, making transportation very convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. We were impressed by the spacious rooms, nice bathroom amenities, and proper towels. The hotel also had parking spaces available in the basement, which was a great perk. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the friendly cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

We had a nice city break in Jerusalem with a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was central, with the old town within a 10-minute walking distance. the breakfast buffet was above average, offering a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided hot tea or coffee, cookies, fresh fruit, candy.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the rooms were quite loud, with thin walls and doors, making it feel as though we were sharing the room with our neighbors and people in the hallway.

Additionally, there was free coffee and tea available in the lounge room, which was a nice touch.

The lighting in the entryway of the room was quite dim, making it difficult to see in that area. Also, the hotel lost its wifi connection on the last day of our stay, which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Boutique in Jerusalem for a few days to explore the city. The hotel's location is perfect, with the old town and main street just a stroll away. The room was stylish and well-equipped, and the complimentary gift was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has a boutique feel, with fluffy white towels and a balcony offering stunning views. I will always cherish the warmth and kindness shown to me during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to cater to all of our wishes. They always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were well-sized, modern, and stylish in design. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lounge with complimentary coffee and tea all day, a well-equipped gym, and free parking. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions nearby.
