My stay at Park Royal was absolutely amazing. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the buffet-style meals and the amazing La Carte restaurant. The pool and snack bar were great, and I loved the swim-up bar. The resort even had convenient public transit right in front, making it easy to explore the area. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The 12th floor facilities, including the EKINOX Bar & Terrace, private heated pool and jacuzzi, and Balinese beds were beyond our expectations. The staff service was excellent, and the a la carte snacks at the international bar were well-stocked. The Frida and Andiamo restaurants provided delicious cuisine and exclusive service. The Italian restaurant was exceptional, with attentive servers and a great selection of wine. The ocean view rooms were outstanding as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff and hospitality were amazing. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and attentive. The location, outside of the center, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved being able to unwind to the sound of the surf and children playing in the sand. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The beach was incredibly beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs.

We had an incredible dining experience at the Italian restaurant Andiamo. The food was the best Italian cuisine I've ever tasted, and our server Rodrigo went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. The kids program and entertainment team, led by EVER GALAN, were amazing and made my children's stay so enjoyable. The location felt safe and peaceful, with beautiful views, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more vegetarian options.

All was perfect.

We recently stayed at a hotel close to the center of Puerto Vallarta, and we absolutely loved it! The location next to a mountain provided stunning views of the ocean from many available tables. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and refreshing shower. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the pools and beach. it was a great hotel experience with exceptional service.

The noise level from nearby construction sites was a minor issue during the day.

The kids program and entertainment team were amazing, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Multiple dining options with excellent food and serving staff. The peaceful location offers a scenic drive to downtown with affordable transportation options. Luxurious amenities including a rooftop lounge and indoor pool. Attentive gym staff provided helpful workout recommendations.

We got a couple of tickets to the zoo for staying here, which was fun. The beach was a short walk away and was nice to walk on in the morning. The hotel was in a good spot, we could easily get to many different activities. Oh, and the room had a nice balcony with a view!

The hotel had no Christmas decorations, which made it not really feel like Christmas at all. It was pretty disappointing.

The balcony provided a spectacular view of the water, perfect for watching eagle rays and turtles. The food was delicious, especially at Andiamo. We appreciated the variety of activities available, and the beach and pools were refreshing. The beach itself was beautiful and uncrowded. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Park Royal.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean from the cliffs. The beach was beautiful and much better than other nearby beaches. The staff was amazing, providing exceptional service at the restaurant and throughout the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern and clean facilities. The staff was helpful and eager to assist with any issues. The location provided a beautiful view and a private beach for guests to enjoy.

The entertainment options were lacking, with limited music and other activities throughout the week. The buffet at times had a limited variety and some issues with flies on the fruit.

park royal exceeded my expectations- beautiful resort, great rooms with updated large bathrooms. plenty of closet space and all rooms are oceanfront with balconies. the all inclusive was great, plenty of food to choose from, several bars to go, entertainment almost every night. everyone on the property is very nice and helpful.
