Although there was a minor issue with the hot-tub jets needing servicing, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel provided great value for the price.

Front desk staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking lot incident handled well by staff. Night staff were exceptional. Morning staff were also great. Comfortable beds, slept well. Pool area was enjoyable with warm water and plenty of seating.

The hotel is conveniently located close to chinook mall and offers easy access to downtown or 17th Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provides pleasant service and there is a lovely continental breakfast available. Additionally, the hotel offers outstanding fitness facilities and a sports bar for entertainment.

One negative aspect is that the hotel is situated in an industrial area with no restaurants or shopping nearby.

I got great value for my money at Blackfoot. The room was fantastic and the location was convenient. The staff treated me very well.
