This hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by palm trees on a lovely beach. The sunrise view here is magnificent and definitely worth waking up early for. There is a swimming pool and spa facilities available which are perfect for relaxation. The staff are very attentive and provide excellent service which adds an extra level of comfort to the stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic service, facilities and amenities.

The organic garden and meditation area provided a serene atmosphere, and the daily yoga classes were a fantastic way to start the day. The buffet breakfast and dinner included in our stay were simply divine, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. this hotel provided a wonderful experience for guests with children.

The hotel is situated in a nature reserve, which added to the tranquility and peacefulness of the surroundings. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always willing to assist with any requests we had, making us feel like valued guests.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the bungalow was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great, especially the pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to Playa Del Carmen and other nearby areas. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and fresh, and the staff, particularly Senhor David and Paco, were amazing. We also loved the tentalapa next to the hotel, Kailuum, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The housekeepers did an excellent job keeping our room clean and even made towel animals for my daughter. we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
