Lovely historic hotel with a charming courtyard for dining. We enjoyed sitting in the exterior courtyard, sipping wine and admiring the view of the cathedral towers. The guacamole was outstanding, while the pizza could use some improvement. Service was good and prices were reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for its old world charm and satisfactory dinner experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and creative, always finding solutions to any issues we had. Despite our poor Spanish, they were patient with us and spoke excellent English. The hotel's location near the main square in this city made it very convenient for exploring. We loved being right in the center of Merida, with its bustling streets and charming colonnade. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with super clean rooms and lovely honey-based soaps and shampoos in the superb showers. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful garden and refreshing swimming pool, were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a great variety and the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

A charming hotel full of old-world charm with a central location. The pool/bar area is fantastic, and the courtyard adds to the overall ambiance. The rooms have high ceilings and a lovely Cuban-style decor. The staff, although not all fluent in English, were friendly and helpful. The nearby parking is convenient, and the price for our stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique charm and great value.

The tour booked through the hotel turned out to be overpriced and misleading, as additional fees were required for the boat trip.
