I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Playa Esperanza. The location right on the beach was absolutely perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rustic room had a modern bathroom with lovely local toiletries. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as a smaller room than expected and lumpy pillows, my overall experience was great. Ivan, the beach attendant, was always on the ball with drink service, making my time on the beach even more enjoyable. The beautiful room also made for amazing photos, which was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for a beachfront getaway.

This hotel is an absolute gem right by the beach! The location is perfect as you can easily get to all the fabulous restaurants and beach bars down the beach. Service is top notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, with all the basic amenities you need. Plus, breakfast is delicious and filling, making for a great start to each day. I also loved the open-air showers - such a unique touch!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with the beach right on our doorstep and not far from Tulum. We enjoyed relaxing in our hammock with the stunning view of the water. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable sun loungers and a cooling pool. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom area was impressive. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and the food served throughout our stay was some of the freshest we have tasted.

I got great value for my money with a free upgrade to a beachfront room with a stunning sea view. The location of Playa Esperanza was incredible, nestled on a pristine and peaceful part of the beach. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a great collaboration with Mezzanine, a fantastic Thai restaurant.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.
