We had a fantastic stay at The First One Madrid Preciados. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Madrid. The newly opened hotel had a fresh and modern feel to it. The room, although small, was cozy and decorated with excellent taste. The bed and bed sheets were absolutely amazing, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a nice variety of options including freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, fruits, and a savory selection. The staff were exceptionally friendly and lovely, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The shower had excellent water pressure, providing a luxurious experience. we highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, great location, and friendly service.

My short stay was quite comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. the bed was fantastic and the room was very quiet even though it was located in the heart of the city. the modern bathroom was stylish and had a great shower, one of the best that I have ever experienced in a hotel. A key thing that I liked was that it was surrounded by awesome and delicious cafes and bars, which made up for no restaurant or bar.

The lack of lobby space and the early breakfast times didn't quite work for me as I had an early flight. the glass door on the toilet was awkward, but it wasn't too much of an issue.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid and on the bustling Gran Vía. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions and had countless shops and restaurants right on our doorstep.
