The location is great, with easy access to the beach and Quinta avenue. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with nice beds.

We encountered a few minor issues during our stay. The toilet in our room didn't work properly, and one of the pillows was old and lumpy.

I had a fantastic stay at Maya Vacanze Playa Natural! The friendly staff made me feel right at home and the hotel was great value for money. The cleaning lady deserves an award, as the rooms were super clean. Plus, the location in the Zazil-Ha area was perfect - not too touristy, with the best restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at a new and stylish hotel with charming hosts who gave great local tips. Our room had a balcony, a fridge, and a TV. the staff was friendly and the location felt safe. the shower pressure was the best we've experienced in Mexico and the bed was comfortable.
