We had an amazing time at the hotel, getting great value for our money. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and made our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-kept facilities that were always spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always polite and kind. The location was perfect, right on the beach and just a short walk to the main area of town. We loved being able to easily explore the nearby attractions such as 5th Avenue and the pier in Cozumel. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We were truly impressed by the excellent service and the top-notch alcohol selection.

The hotel was also very kid-friendly, which was a bonus for us. The alcohol at the hotel was top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service. we had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

This hotel is undeniably luxurious. the exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness center, beauty treatments, and manicure and pedicure services were all outstanding. In particular, the bar/lounge area and snack bar were perfect for unwinding after a long day of activities. the free buffet breakfast had a wide range of options including special diet menus. the beach access was convenient and provided outstanding views throughout the day. the breathtaking garden area and sun terrace provided some well needed relaxation. the location was exceptional, with easy access to local attractions and activities.

The only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was crowded at times and finding lounge chairs was difficult. Nevertheless, the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi compensated for the inconvenience.

Such a fantastic weekend away! the hotel was situated in such a great location. It was close to the beach and the city, so it was perfect for exploring. the breakfast was so delicious. We had a variety of options to choose from, and everything was so fresh and tasty. Another thing that we particularly enjoyed was the spa. the massages were out of this world, and the spa facilities were excellent. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Honestly, we had such a great time during our stay that we can't think of anything negative to say. the only downside was that we had to leave and go back to reality.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even during quieter days. They were also great with kids, which was a plus. The alcohol served was top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the Chinese restaurant. The beds were soft and comfortable. We will definitely be returning.
