Our trip to Pensacola was made perfect by our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. the location was ideal, just a short drive from the beach. the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. the room was clean, comfortable, and had great water pressure in the shower. This hotel is definitely worth the money, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Staff helped me find best currency exchange. Place has Wi-Fi, parking, pool, gym, laundry. I love the express check-in/out. Sun loungers are a bonus. Wheelchair friendly, AC, no smoking. Perfect for me. Coming back for Xmas.

Great breakfast selection and efficient location. the breakfast had lots of variety and it was served until 10:00 so we were able to sleep in and still make it in time. the location is close to the beach, food places and supermarket. the hotel was also quiet.

We had a great experience here! The check-in was seamless and quick, and the staff were super friendly. The room was really clean and smelled really nice too. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls which were amazing. We loved that the hotel was really close to a lot of restaurants and shops, and just a short distance to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to families!

The hotel location is great due to being close to stores, restaurants, and a hospital. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. The breakfast options are varied, with homemade-tasting food that is satisfying. The self-serviced laundry is another plus.

The hotel staff was not transparent about the room availability. Communication failed to prepare guests for a long wait.
