Arrived early and were able to check in immediately. The room was just as pictured, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

The parking situation was misleading as it was not actually free and only street parking was available. The noise from the neighboring music could be disruptive late at night.

I stayed at Plaza Hotel in Chapala for a week while exploring the area. The hotel is conveniently located on Main Street, making it easy to visit downtown Chapala and enjoy the local attractions. The hotel was clean, attractive, and had a beautiful back yard. The breakfast spread was ample, with a choice of 8 entries. I was impressed with the great shower and comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and assisted us with our luggage. They even went above and beyond when our car was hit in the parking lot and negotiated with the other driver to pay for the damages. it was an awesome stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of town. Plaza Chapala Hotel exceeded our expectations with its ideal location, just across from the town plaza and a short walk from the waterfront. The convenience of being near good restaurants and coffee shops was a plus. We enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere, despite being in the heart of the action. The semi-enclosed interior space and courtyard were beautifully designed, creating a peaceful ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a tasty breakfast and a beautiful outdoor garden with a massive avocado tree. It is conveniently located in the middle of town, making it easy to walk everywhere. The front desk staff is very helpful, and the hotel has good cold air conditioning.

Oh, how delightful it was to hear the constant noise from the street in my expensive room! The soundproofing could have been better, but hey, who needs peace and quiet when you have beautiful balconies, right?

our second stay in chapala was even better than the first. plaza, with its delicious breakfast, beautiful outdoor area, and clean rooms, exceeded our expectations. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!
