i had a wonderful time during my long stay at homewood suites. the pillows were absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was always hot and ready on time. they exceeded my expectations, making my experience truly enjoyable.

the internet connection was a bit dodgy.

Modern design and free wifi were great. Luggage storage was handy, but the bar area was small.

the staff was unbelievably rude during check-in, forcing me to uncover unnecessary hoops. also, the ice machine was out of order late at night—how dare they tell me to just go to another floor? and after all this trouble, I definitely expected some complimentary gesture, but alas, it seems that’s too much to ask. I almost gave you a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The suite was nice and clean with full-sized appliances. The front desk was unstaffed for over 10 minutes during check-in.
