The hotel had a nice size room with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a great view. The swimming pools were enjoyable, but the beach was even better with plenty of lounge chairs available. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit and breakfast options. The hotel was located in a key location and had well-maintained beach frontage.

The food service during the day was disorganized, with long wait times for orders. There was also an issue with the payment system, as I was accused of not paying for my meal even though I had paid in full and had proof of payment.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Cancun for a family vacation. The hotel's location is excellent, with modern facilities and a beautiful beach. The two swimming pools were a hit with my kids. The variety and quality of the food at the several restaurants were outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with clean pools, outdoor showers, and private changing rooms. The location in a beautiful bay was perfect, with a stunning beach that was calm for swimming and had white sand. The staff were exceptional, from the kind valet who helped us with our luggage to the helpful concierge who assisted us in getting discounted tickets for an attraction. Additionally, the hotel had free parking and was conveniently located near a Go-Mart convenience store.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The exclusive amenities, including the spa, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access boasting beautiful blue and green sea, met all of our needs. The treatment rooms were top-notch, and the massages were the perfect way to unwind. The poolside snack bar provided us with drinks and light fare as we lounged on the sun terrace, watching the waves crash against the shore. We also enjoyed the private facilities, including the leisure room, that added a touch of exclusivity to our stay.

The only minor issue we experienced was some noise from other guests in the hallways, but it did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
