The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the town, freeway, and gas stations. Additionally, I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room to store snacks and drinks.

The hotel's front entrance and elevator were not well, maintained and appeared dirty. the front desk staff lacked friendliness and did not provide good customer service.

Our room at the Holiday Inn Express was spacious and well-arranged, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

Despite these minor issues, the room arrangement and the overall experience at the Holiday Inn Express were positive. We would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms and tasty breakfast options.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Tehachapi for a weekend getaway. Gerry at the front desk was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to accommodate our request for a room on the top floor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The highlight of our stay was the delicious crispy bacon at the breakfast bar, which was diligently maintained by a hardworking staff member. a fantastic stay and we hope to visit again.

I had an exceptional experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Tehachapi! The mini suite was perfect for my family of four and the spaciousness was a plus. The customer service provided by Damion and Itiza was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and kind, making us feel very welcomed. The ordering service for takeout was well-arranged, adding to the convenience of our stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the nice view of the mountains from my room. The breakfast offered was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the room darkening shades were excellent for a good night's sleep. The insulation in the room was also impressive, as I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms.

Although my overall stay was excellent, I did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. the shower head in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere, causing some water damage on the walls and floor.

The swing desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. Our room had high ceilings, making it feel spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable couch. The shower was nice and the bathroom had ample space. The room also had a fridge and microwave, which were unexpected but convenient additions. Our proximity to the lobby was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast during our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway. It was nestled in a peaceful setting with stunning views of the mountains. We could enjoy the nice breeze and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the facility itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and well-maintained, giving us a sense of comfort and relaxation.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were quite disappointing. the customer service left much to be desired.

The silence for sleep, or in my case to work on my computer, was amazing. I could focus on my work without any distractions and get everything done. the location was also perfect, with easy access from the highway, making it convenient for my business trip. Additionally, I was really impressed with the architecture of the building, especially during the July 5th earthquake. Despite being so close to the epicenter, the hotel stood strong and secure without any damage. Truly impressive!

I was disappointed with the breakfast options at the hotel. the only hot food available was scrambled eggs, and the rest of the buffet containers were empty.

The complimentary breakfast was great. The front desk staff was personable and friendly. The hotel was just as advertised, clean and accommodating. The location was perfect for breaking up my trip.
