We loved the spacious apartments at the property, providing easy access to various restaurants within a short cab ride at night. The pools were inviting and well-maintained, perfect for night swims after a day of exploring nearby nightlife options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the beach area was just steps away, making our stay enjoyable.

The check-in process is excruciatingly slow due to insufficient staffing!!! Extra charges for beach amenities are annoying!!! Maintenance of common areas and pools is desperately needed!!! Get your act together with communication about restaurant hours!!!

Loved the pools and quick access to the beach for walking. The customer service was decent, and I appreciated the access to the fitness center. It’s a great spot to unwind as the sun sinks into the ocean after a day full of fun.

One night, our room keys stopped working, and it led to unnecessary back and forth with the front desk. It took way too long to resolve the issue. Definitely a frustrating experience amidst our fun stay.

Had a rough check-in experience. waited over 45 minutes and the clerk was unhelpful. It took too long to get our room sorted. Not a great start after a long journey, but we made the best of our stay once settled.

I enjoyed a lovely large room that had a wrap-around balcony. The food was very good, especially the lunch at the Beach Club. The ocean was warm for walking. I spent mornings checking out the buffet breakfast, where I met friendly staff. It was fun to sample a variety of dishes, including delicious cocktails. However, check-in was chaotic, and I encountered issues with my all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

I booked an oceanview room and man, it was spectacular. The beach was lovely, we walked up and down this long public beach with just a few vendors around, giving it a real relaxed vibe.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I’d say it was acceptable for what we got.
