I recently stayed at Princess Mundo Imperial for a family vacation. The pools were large and enjoyable, although cleanliness could be improved. The service was good, with tasty food at different restaurants. The beach was fantastic! The staff was accommodating, providing us with two neighboring rooms. The refurbished rooms in the Imperial tower were lovely. my family had a satisfactory and enjoyable experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at Princess Mundo Imperial Riviera Diamante. The hotel is well situated, and the staff were excellent in providing a fantastic experience. The service, facilities, and food were all outstanding. I particularly want to thank Roberto de La Paz for always greeting us with a smile. The beach and installations were also great, and the personnel were kind and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for both family and couple trips.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attentive staff and beautiful accommodations. the manager, Rochelio, provided personalized attention, and my room in the La Perla tower was clean, modern, and well-equipped. the buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options. the resort's location was perfect, with easy access to pools, the beach, and a variety of restaurants. the beach cabanas and beach palapas provided ample space to relax and enjoy the sun. the staff service throughout the property was exceptional, especially at the pool area. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable vacation experience.

the junior suite we had was beautiful, with a wrap around terrace that offered stunning views. One thing we loved about the resort was the variety of pools available, which allowed us to avoid the more crowded ones. the food at the resort was excellent, although a bit pricey. the common areas were also very nice and well-maintained.

The hotel is situated in a good location, although not on the beach, it is still close to the airport and a market. However, it may be difficult to find a delicious vegan meal in regular restaurants. The rooms are spacious and some have stunning ocean views.

The staff is kind and helpful. There are three pools with perfect depth. The pool with the artificial beach, bridge, and slide is impressive. The drinks are delicious and the food has fair prices. The view is beautiful. Can't wait to return.
