The morning views of the ocean were breathtaking. The comfortable room with a balcony was perfect for watching the lively activities below. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the area. The professional and polite concierge added to the positive experience. The all-inclusive breakfast was delicious.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this beach hotel. The hotel is located directly on the beach, making it easy to access all the ocean activities we wanted to try. The staff provided exceptional service; from the bellboys and security at the entrance to the waiters catering to us around the beach and pool areas, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The leisure facilities, including the pool with a view, jacuzzi, and outdoor swimming pool, were excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised by the variety of dining options and the quality of food served, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great experience at Pueblo Bonito. the amenities met our expectations, the restaurants and food were amazing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the beach was clean and the hotel staff did a great job of maintaining a peaceful environment, despite the presence of vendors. We will definitely be returning.

Spent Christmas at a beach resort and had a wonderful time! Loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. the newly remodeled rooms were well-designed and comfortable. And the best part was the safe and clean beach, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

The resort is undergoing renovations, which made the price a bit high. Unfortunately, our favorite small pool and best restaurant on the beach were closed during our stay, which was a disappointment.

They could not have provided more excellent service. The amenities were also top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach, perfect for swimming and enjoying the sun. Additionally, there are some great restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests to explore the local cuisine. The hotel is also situated in the historic area, offering a charming and picturesque environment for guests to enjoy.

The noise from the ongoing construction can be quite substantial and disruptive to guests' peace and quiet.

I got a lot of bang for my buck at this charming old world hotel. The room was perfect and the location right on the beach was amazing. Plus, the staff treated me like royalty.

The highlight of my stay at Pueblo Bonito was the newly remodeled section. The modern design and great wifi made my stay comfortable and convenient. The staff were experienced and attentive, making my vacation one to remember. The new restaurants, Cilantros and Pescados, were also a delightful addition. I would highly recommend this hotel.
