Great stay with friendly and engaging staff. Value for money was good, especially with free parking and convenience for those with a rental car. the hotel's recent remodeling was noticeable, with beautiful and modern facilities. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. the courtyard and pool were well maintained, and the garden with herbs and veggies was a nice touch. the location was convenient, with close proximity to Delaware Park Casino and Christiana Mall.

There were a few areas of improvement. Our access to the courtyard was broken, which was disappointing considering the extra points spent for that feature.

Stayed in a hotel with great service in Wilmington. The location is perfect for gardening enthusiasts and other activities in the area. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms stocked with luxury products. Breakfast is a standout with a variety of healthy food options available. The staff went above and beyond to make a special occasion happen without interfering with any planned events.

Some guests had issues fixing problems and resolving them was not a priority.

The size and location of the rooms are satisfactory, and some staff members, such as Glenn and Cassandra, provided exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and Longwood Gardens. Access to the patio is a highlight.

This hotel is central to all the main attractions and very close to Christiana mall. You can easily walk to the mall which is on the other side of the highway bridge and there are also some nice restaurants nearby. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are nice and spacious with good amenities. The breakfast included for Hilton honors members is definitely a bonus!

During my recent stay at the Hilton in Christiana, I accidentally left a valuable item in the room. The manager, Cory W., went above and beyond to assist me in locating it. Even though the item was not found, I was deeply impressed by the level of attentiveness and care shown by the staff. Their exceptional service has definitely made me choose this hotel as my go-to destination in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Conveniently located next to gardens and other activities. Nice doors to patio. Spacious and comfortable rooms with great bed and pillows. Exceptional service from friendly and helpful staff - bartender in the executive room, front desk and breakfast server were exceptional. Great place to stay with pets.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though there were pets allowed, I didn't notice any problems with allergies. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as fun attractions to visit. The staff provides good service, attending to the guests' needs with attention to detail. The rooms are updated, except for the bathroom, but still offer good amenities. Plus, breakfast is included in the room rate, which is a great added value.
