Authentic Mexican style, comfortable rooms, great location, friendly staff, beautiful property.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The reception was attentive, escorting us to the room. The rooms had a cute, colorful decor, and were welcoming. Location was calm and safe for walking at night. Close to downtown, about a 10-minute walk.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, especially the fresh fruit and yogurt. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main Tlaquepaque center. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable and beautiful suite. Pool and breakfast area on third floor. Convenient if staying in. Elevator under construction, but only a few flights of stairs. Decorations up for Dia de Los Muertos. Away from downtown and everything else. Silent, relaxing place, well decorated inside. Tea, water, and coffee available for guests. Good service provided by employees. Nice balcony on third floor for breakfast. Walking distance from main street. Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. The hotel location was great, just a few blocks from the main commercial street, which made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. the facility was beautifully decorated and provided guests with coffee, tea, and water. the staff was very friendly and provided good service.

The breakfast served was only a small amount of fruit and yogurt which was not enough for a big breakfast. there was inadequate service as only one person served everyone, which led to bread running out after the first couple of guests.

This hotel is secure with staff opening and closing the door for guests. The decor is beautiful and the property has an authentic Mexican hacienda style with a modern upgrade. The suite is comfortable and the third floor has a pool and breakfast area. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
