The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities provided. The location was superb, situated on a quiet street just off the main canal with beautiful views. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They organized a boat tour of the canals for us after our original plans got cancelled. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the canal. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. This is the best hotel we have stayed in and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I recently stayed at a hotel right on the Grand Canal for my anniversary. The location was excellent, just near the Rialto Bridge. The room had a superb view of the canal, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great advice on restaurants and even organized a complimentary boat to go to Murano. The room itself was fabulous, with typical Venetian features and a spacious bathroom with two showers. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily visit again.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony overlooking the picturesque Grand Canal. The location was perfect, down an unmarked alleyway and only 100m away from the iconic Rialto Bridge. We were able to easily explore the city's main attractions, including St Marcus Square, as the hotel was centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and arranging transportation from the airport. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so guests need to be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs.
