The location was very central for exploring, with the beach just steps away. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area and beach, were fantastic. The staff were friendly, outgoing, and made us feel very welcome.

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, leaving me feeling sore in the mornings. Additionally, the lack of electrical plugs in the bedroom was inconvenient.

I particularly appreciated the friendly and efficient cleaning staff, who fulfilled special requests quickly. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Rocinante Restaurant offers casual food including the most representative dishes of Mazatlan and options for all kinds of tastes. I had a mouth-watering seafood platter that had me feeling like Poseidon himself! The flavors and freshness of the dishes were out of this world.

TV reception is bad.

The staff was outstanding and professional. Night security guard, Mr Miguel, provided exceptional service. Room service was outstanding and kind. The north wing rooms were better in terms of electrical plugs and bathroom facilities. The breakfast had a great view and featured talented musicians performing. Even during the high season, our experience was very good. We'll definitely be back.

High season experience was enjoyable.

The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to use and enjoy the beautiful shoreline. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and the maid does a great job in maintaining them. Additionally, the hotel offers a lovely pool and even serves drinks on the beach for added convenience.
