I stayed at Radisson in Toluca for a week on a shopping trip. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the bus station and two large shopping centers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Inside the hotel, there were beautiful plants and comfortable seating areas. The young bartender at the hotel bar was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I also enjoyed the pool, gym, and the lovely indoor garden. the hotel offered great value for its price, with friendly and helpful staff.

During my Easter stay, there were several aspects that I really liked about the hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was perfect as it was conveniently situated between two large shopping centers, making it easy to access a variety of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the friendly staff made my experience even better, as they were always willing to assist and provide excellent service.

Although there were some positive aspects, there were also a few downsides to my stay. the amenities of the hotel were not up to par.

The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and transportation. the breakfast was excellent with a full buffet included in the price of the stay. the room was spacious with a large bathroom that had plenty of places to hang and put things. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and a variety of pillows to choose from.

Although the hotel offered excellent value, the dinner we had at the restaurant was not very good and lacked atmosphere. the hotel could benefit from some renovations, as the overall impression was one of faded past glory.
