Housekeeping needed improvement as our initial room wasn't cleaned, and I encountered noise disturbances from nearby guests during my stay, which affected my rest significantly.

i almost wrote a good review but then i remembered the disgusting stinky smell in the bathroom and how i got a room upgrade only after complaining. also, the swimming pool was overcrowded, and it felt like i was swimming in a circus instead of a hotel! so much for 4-star standards, which i defintely didn’t receive.

The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and public transport. The staff, particularly Javier and Juan Carlos, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was quite varied, with delicious local options.

If you crave comfort, this hotel won't disappoint! My stay in the Deluxe King Suite was exceptional, featuring a spa-like bath and top-notch internet. The staff were incredibly responsive, adding to the fantastic experience. Plus, the rooftop pool was a treat, open until 10 PM! Don't miss this gem!

My stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic location near key attractions. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and had amazing staff like Javier and Juan Carlos, who were incredibly helpful. Furthermore, late check-out options were a lifesaver for my night flight. A hidden gem worth discovering!

I recommend sticking to the main street due to the safety concerns of the nearby areas. Being from Italy, I like to explore new places, and this visit was as enjoyable as a good road trip.

my stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the fantastic neighborhood—everything from the Museum of San Carlos, just a short stroll away, to the beautiful Alameda Central park nearby made exploring a breeze, and the friendly staff truly enhanced my experience.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Had a stunning pool area perfect for relaxation.
