Felt welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

I got amazing value for my money with an upgraded room that was essentially a fully equipped apartment. The character and views of this beautifully transformed house were stunning. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The pool was gorgeous and the cleaning ladies did a great job. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The bar operated on an honor system and they even made breakfast for guests every morning. The room had windows all around and 3 balconies, providing incredible views. The hotel had a unique and charming atmosphere, with each room decorated differently. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, surrounded by jungle and with a jaw-dropping sunset from the rooftop. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is in a great location, close to excellent local restaurants and just a short distance from the romantic zone and old town. You'll be close to everything, including the beach and the Malacon. The rooms are nice with beautiful views from the pool and hot tub area. The staff is friendly and provides top-notch service, making you feel right at home. The hotel also offers delicious breakfast options to start your day off right.

I had an unforgettable stay at this place! The location by the river was perfect for me to take long walks while enjoying stunning views. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond my expectations. The airport shuttle was particularly convenient, and I appreciated the welcome drink upon my arrival. Not only were the amenities, like the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and spa & wellness centre, some of the best I’ve ever encountered, but the staff were friendly and professional. Tour/ticket assistance was also readily available, making it easy to plan for and enjoy excursions.
