Despite initial hiccups with check-in and parking, the beautiful resort offered a plethora of dining options. The spacious room was a haven after a day of exploring the lively property. The staff, while mixed in friendliness, ensured a comfortable stay.

The Hard Rock Cafe inside the casino had some hiccups but the food was exceptional. The resort overall was clean and staff were friendly. However, dining with food allergies was a challenge and the buffet handling was poor. The room was spacious and amenities were nice.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the desk clerks to the waiters to the sweetheart who helped us find our way around the hotel. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. the location, right on the boardwalk across from the mini amusement park, was perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of Atlantic City. the North tower room we switched to offered fantastic views and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the positive experiences far outweighed any minor inconveniences.

The prices at the hotel seemed a bit steep compared to what I'm used to back home. While the quality of the food at the restaurant was good, the prices were a bit high for the portion sizes.

Had an amazing time at the hotel with great casino, yummy breakfast, and incredible OCEAN VIEW! Staff could be friendlier. Would stay again! The jacuzzi even better than in photos!

Rooms were big enough for all our squad, vibing and planning our next moves after hitting those high, stakes tables and low, key games. We rocked out hard at the concert and then chillaxed in the room, plotting how to win big next. Total vibes!

Just wish they had more epic late, night dining options for us grooving teens to hit up after our high, energy adventures. More snacking places would've been clutch!

First off, the room in the North Tower was okay, nothing fancy. The bedding wasn't the comfiest, and the frig wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer. On the bright side, the bathroom was huge and lovely, giving it a nice touch. I did have some issues with the valet parking charging us extra, which was annoying. But after some back and forth, they did refund us the money, so that was a relief. Now, onto the good stuff - the hotel amenities were pretty great! The casino was a lot of fun, and the dining options were top-notch. The pool and fitness club were also fantastic, even though I heard the pool was closed during some stays. On the downside, the AC in the room was loud and couldn't be turned off, which was a bit bothersome. the outside noise from trucks in the morning wasn't fun. Plus, the area around the hotel didn't feel safe to walk around in. One highlight was the sushi restaurant, Kuro, which served up some amazing dishes, although on the pricey side. All in all, the Hard Rock AC had its ups and downs. If you're there for the casino and shows, it's a decent spot to stay. Just be prepared for some noise and maybe bring your own bedding for extra comfort!

Living out my rock star dreams! Spacious rooms with all the essentials. Rock Spa is a must-visit for some self-care. The excitement of the casino floor got my heart racing. Those Asian table games were a fun challenge. The city view from my suite was a nice bonus. Love the interactive Izzy game - a cool touch. The staff made sure I felt like a VIP throughout my stay. Omg, stayed at a hotel on the boardwalk with the best views of jersey shore. The king size bed was so comfy 💤, and the staff were super helpful 😍. Only downside: no pets allowed 🐶.

The breakfast at American Bistro with homemade potatoes was a delight! the jacuzzi in the room was a cherry on top. Would certainly visit again! Photos don't do justice to the jacuzzi.

During our stay at the hotel, we appreciated the rock and roll memorabilia on display and enjoyed the casino without any noise issues. The staff we interacted with were mostly great, although the parking attendant was a bit rude. The convenience of plenty of parking was a plus for us, as we were able to easily come and go as we explored the nearby attractions such as the Atlantic City Boardwalk and the Atlantic City Historical Museum, which were a short walk away.

The location was everything, right on the boardwalk, you didn't need to leave the hotel for anything unless you wanted to - memorabilia in this hotel is awesome. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy - bathroom was like a studio apartment! The hotel had a casino buzzing vibe but never felt unsafe, with helpful security. The selection of restaurants was great, with an upper-scale "food court" available too. The hotel is beautiful, big, and the security guards are very helpful. 🎸

Loved the spacious digs at Chairman's Tower & ace room service. The Cirque show was aces.

My xmas stay was unforgettable! The room was spacious, with a bathroom as big as the room itself. There were plenty of dining and drinking options, live bands, and delicious food. The property was vibrant and bustling even midweek, with friendly staff who quickly attended to our requests. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location was convenient, offering easy access to various amenities and entertainment options.

The lack of microwaves in the rooms was a drawback, and the inability to add money to cards online or in person was inconvenient. the issue with room preferences, particularly for non-smoking accommodations, was frustrating, with limited options and subpar resolutions provided by the staff.

The spa centre was a dream with top-notch massages and a beautiful sun terrace to relax on; the live entertainment in the night club was also a blast! Just a heads up - we expected a full ocean view in our room but got a little sidewise glimpse instead; a minor twist in our otherwise rockin' stay! 🎸

My wife says that the kids wished for a more extensive children's entertainment area.
