We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Playa Del Carmen. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach and close to all the dining, shopping, and nightlife areas. We loved the convenience of being able to easily explore the city and make quick stops back at the hotel throughout the day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, with daily room cleaning and a change of towels. We also appreciated the provided beach/pool towels. The pool area was big and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. it was a great value for money and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff, including Paola, Maria, and everyone at the Caribe Maya, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The facilities, including the pool and common areas, were well-maintained and inviting. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the closest beach club and plenty of options for parking nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Riviera Caribe Maya. the location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the meeting point for our tours and one block away from fifth Avenue. It was also just a short walk to the beach. the staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing, especially the handmade pasta which my son loved. the hotel itself was fantastic, with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good Wifi connection.

The front desk staff, especially JJ, were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay. The room I stayed in, room #207, had a private balcony overlooking the quiet pool, giving me a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was just a few blocks from the oceanfront and a short walk from the major dining, shopping, and nightlife area. The hotel also had a pub/restaurant serving tasty and fresh burritos and tortillas at a good price. as a budget traveler, I found the facilities and amenities to be perfect for my stay.

The hotel is located near 5th Avenue, where all the shops are right on a small but busy boulevard. It's in the center of Playa del Carmen but still in a quiet area. The staff provides excellent hospitality and the rooms, especially those on the lower floors, are well-appointed with a king-size bed for no additional charge. The breakfast is included, even with a voucher.
