We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the downtown core of a beautiful town with interesting markets, colorful buildings, and great restaurants. The staff at Banyan Tree were exceptional, from the courteous and well-trained waiters and doormen to the friendly and lovely housekeeper who kept our room immaculate.

The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The architecture and décor are magnificent. The bed and linens are super comfortable. The amenities in the room are very nice. The service, accommodations, dining, and location exceeded expectations. Can't wait to return in the future.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed with the beautiful and well, decorated rooms at the hotel. the peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night made our stay even more relaxing. Additionally, the comfortable beds provided us with a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop bar and pool.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the check, in process was frustrating, as the staff seemed unhelpful and lectured us about check, in times.

One downside was that the staff did not provide clear information about the hotel's facilities during check, in. We were not aware that the rooftop Thai restaurant and the speakeasy bar were only open on specific days.

The room at this hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful bathroom complete with a large shower and luxurious bath. The breakfast options were incredible and the rooftop bar had delicious cocktails and food. The staff provided exceptional service and were very friendly. The hotel itself is like a little piece of heaven, with a rooftop pool and bar that is to die for. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel was amazing, I did find that it was more suited for adults and not very child-friendly. The pool area was not appropriate for kids to splash around in and the proximity of the tables and lounge chairs to the pool made it difficult for kids to play without interrupting others.

The property is well located for both walking and driving in/out of town. The rooftop bar/pool offers excellent views and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel staff are courteous, with great service from the restaurant waiter and the front doorman. a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. the spacious rooms, with their modern design and comfortable amenities, were a highlight. the location was also convenient, just a short walk into town but away from the noise and chaos.

The staff at check-in were not very helpful or informative. We were unaware of some of the facilities, such as the rooftop restaurant and the speakeasy bar, which we only found out about later through social media.
