The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They even offered us an upgraded room when our original room wasn't ready for early check, in. the cleanliness of the hotel was also top, notch, from the common areas to the rooms themselves. Everything was well, maintained and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast choices were very good and gave us a great start to the day.

The only downside was the pool, which didn't feel super clean and had a few hair balls floating around. Despite this, we still had fun and enjoyed our time in the pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. The staff, especially Lisa, were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was amazing and the fact that it was open until 10 pm meant that our older guys had plenty of time to hang out there. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Narragansett, Wickford, Wakefield, Jamestown, and Newport. It was also conveniently located near URI, Newport, PVD, and I-95. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

We recently attended a wedding nearby and had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel for the weekend. The room at Towneplace Suites was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk were attentive and efficient, ensuring all our needs were met. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast options and the convenience of the hotel's shuttle service. we highly recommend this hotel property for anyone visiting the Providence/North Kingstown area.

The room was incredible, with a small kitchen and well laid out. I loved having a dishwasher and all the utensils handy. The bed was comfortable with nice linens, and there were plenty of power outlets. Despite the temporary construction noise, my stay was great overall. I would recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel is great! The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, as it is less than 20 minutes from the Providence airport and only a couple of miles from a favorite cousin. Plus, having a good grocery store and Kohl's across the street has been very convenient in the past, especially during unexpected weather.

The hotel could benefit from a traffic light at the driveway for safer left turns and for guests who choose to walk across to the stores.

Overall great stay, clean rooms, accommodating staff, convenient location with nearby grocery store and Kohl's, excellent kitchenette and grilling amenities.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh half grapefruits. The hotel facilities were comfortable and the location was convenient. It was close to a very modern shopping center and just a short drive away from the beaches in Narragansett. Additionally, it was just outside the Newport area.

Our recent stay at Towneplace Suites was exactly what we were looking for! The two bedroom suite was clean, well maintained, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Despite mixed reviews about the beds, we found them comfortable enough. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Although there was a major leak being fixed in the lobby, the staff was working hard to repair it. The use of chemicals for cleaning could be improved, but everything else about our stay was excellent!

The breakfast was okay with good waffles and English muffins, along with yogurt and hash browns. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a great kitchenette. The staff, especially Bill, was friendly and supportive of the hotel. The location is convenient with a grocery store and Kohl's nearby. They have grills available for guests to use.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like New York City and Newport, and the bridge to New York City is just a short distance away. The room had a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils, making it convenient for longer stays.
