They made sure I had everything I needed, including cookware and dishes in my kitchenette. the location of the residence was perfect – right in the heart of everything. Within seconds of stepping outside, I found all the amenities I needed, including a Walmart. the place was safe, clean, and offered excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Residence L' Heritage Royal Colonial By Bluebay was overall enjoyable. The hotel has a beautiful architecture and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location in Polanco was very convenient and safe. The breakfast was delicious and they even provided complementary tea, coffee, and infusion throughout the day.

There were a few drawbacks. The room was a bit noisy, especially since our "windows" overlooked the lobby where breakfast started early in the morning.
