The staff, especially the gentleman and young woman at the front desk, were incredibly patient and helpful, especially considering my limited Spanish skills. They made sure I had everything I needed, including cookware and dishes in my kitchenette. The location of the residence was perfect – right in the heart of everything. Within seconds of stepping outside, I found all the amenities I needed, including a Walmart. The place was safe, clean, and offered excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Residence L' Heritage Royal Colonial By Bluebay was overall enjoyable. The hotel has a beautiful architecture and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location in Polanco was very convenient and safe. The breakfast was delicious and they even provided complementary tea, coffee, and infusion throughout the day.

There were a few drawbacks. The room was a bit noisy, especially since our "windows" overlooked the lobby where breakfast started early in the morning.

For my first visit to Polanco, Residence L' Heritage offered the perfect location. Situated on a quiet street, it was within a 10 minute walk of all the restaurants and coffee shops I wanted to explore. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in assisting me with getting a heater for my room. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and plenty of plugs for charging devices. The breakfast provided was phenomenal, complete with a lady who would prepare eggs to my liking. a great experience.
