We had a fantastic stay at Royal Hideaway! The location is perfect, just a short walk from 5th Avenue where you'll find plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with lush greenery and adorable local animals and birds. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options and excellent a-la-carte restaurants. The beach is clean and spacious, with natural shade from palm trees. The all-inclusive bar had a great selection of cocktails, and room service was included and available all day. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and welcomed by the staff. The amenities, such as the spacious rooms, beautiful park-like grounds, and multiple pools with hot tubs, provided a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The variety of excellent restaurants and the Mexican Fiesta dinner were a delightful culinary experience. The staff members, like Alejandro at Azia and Karla at Spices, were extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. The resort also had a top-notch spa with talented therapists, Iliana and Juliana.

The resort is located in a prime area in the Cancun region, with direct access to a beautiful powdery white sand beach. Guests can relax and soak up the sun on the beach or choose from several clean pools within the resort. Outside the gate, there are souvenir shops for guests to explore and purchase mementos.

The check-in procedure at the hotel was long and had various hiccups, which resulted in a less than cordial welcome from the reception staff.

We had an unforgettable experience , the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed an exclusive massage package at the spa which was the perfect complement to the luxurious surroundings. the food was out of this world with a wide range of dining opportunities to choose from. Our room, with its high, quality fixtures and fittings, made us feel like royalty. We spent our days lounging by the swimming pool , the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. it was pure luxury that fulfilled every expectation.

The only thing we could mention as a minor gripe was that the beach area was quite busy and it was difficult to find beach umbrellas to relax under. But even this did not detract from the overall experience.

The check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was nice, although the refrigerator didn't cool. The restaurants and food were good. Beach amenities were great, with comfortable chairs and spacious beaches.

Clean and comfortable rooms with luxurious beds. Friendly and attentive staff who are quick to resolve any issues. A perfect destination for a relaxed beach getaway.

We had an amazing Easter break! the hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces and willing to help with any requests. We were also pleasantly surprised when we received two complementary cocktails upon check-in and complimentary snacks by the pool. the hotel grounds were beautiful, and the pool area was spacious with plenty of room to relax and soak up the sun.

the air conditioning in our room was quite loud and slightly disrupted our sleep. the spa services were quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area.
