We got such incredible value for our money with the beautiful and spacious royal suite. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the airport and just a short Uber ride away from the zona romantica. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well.

The only small improvement I would suggest for the breakfast selection is to have a wider variety of options.

The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The balcony offered excellent views over the gardens. The pool and pool area were amazing and clean. The whole place was well maintained and put other 5 star accommodations to shame.

The staff was exceptional, especially when I had to leave my driver's license due to an early morning flight. They went above and beyond by shipping it to me via FedEx free of charge.
