I recently had the chance to stay at a beautiful resort in Mexico. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the Caribbean ocean and lush green surroundings. The resort offered a variety of dining options, including four different restaurants and even taco trucks, so there was always something delicious to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the resort had a range of activities available, such as yoga sessions and sound baths, which allowed me to fully immerse myself in the experience. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a heavenly bed and breathtaking views. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with each individual going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast offered was top-notch, with fresh and delicious plant-based options available. The facilities were also impressive, with a private beach and saltwater swimming pool to relax by. All in all, my stay at this resort was unforgettable, and I can't wait to return.

There was one aspect of the resort that fell short of expectations. The wine selection within the all-inclusive package was not up to par with the overall high standard of the hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of activities available, including sound baths, cleansing ceremonies, and Tai Chi. The food was exceptional, rivaling Michelin star restaurants, and the staff, including Natalie, Iran, Edgardo. The rooms were spacious and luxurious with breathtaking ocean views. Breakfast at Su Casa with Joel playing the sublime sitar music was a truly magical experience. We extended our stay and never wanted to leave this piece of heaven.

Felt privileged, nothing was too much trouble.

This resort is a hidden gem! the beach, grounds, and rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. the food is tasty, varied, and healthy, with options for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is a lot of fun to be had on-site, with an impressive workout area in a jungle setting, as well as childcare activities that are enjoyable for both kids and parents. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities next door offer extra options for keeping the children entertained.

There were a few negative aspects to the resort. the service in the main restaurant was slow and not always well-coordinated, and the occasional cold dish was also disappointing.

We were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of our stay at this magical resort. The rooms were gorgeous and offered breathtaking ocean views. The food was a gourmet delight, with organic and plant-based options that even converted meat eaters. The 24-hour room service was a game-changer, allowing us to indulge in late-night cravings. The facilities were top-notch, and we loved taking advantage of the neighboring resort's gym and tennis court. The wellness activities, from daily yoga to cacao ceremonies, were a special treat. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. We can't wait to return to this heavenly sanctuary.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil area, surrounded by lush jungles, offering a peaceful retreat. On the beach, you can enjoy stunning views while relaxing in the sun. Additionally, the hotel organizes concerts, providing entertainment for guests. In the garden, you can immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The rooms are of high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, the staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from improvement.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that caters to all my exclusive needs. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, and I felt pampered at the Spa and wellness center, which provided me with a relaxing massage and premium body scrub. the outdoor swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were also delightful, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the beach access was a fantastic addition, where I enjoyed sun loungers, the infinity pool, and make, up services.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment provided, but the overall experience this hotel offered me is irreplaceable. the location was perfect, and the private facilities exclusively available to me added to the whole experience.
